Password Expired or Account Locked
User receives a message that the password has expired or the account is locked.
- Password expiration policy
- Multiple failed login attempts
- Wait 10–15 minutes if the account is temporarily locked.
- Request a password reset through IT Support.
- Update the password after login to avoid recurrence.
